Guest Room – Single Occupancy (Payment Plan)

By purchasing a spot in the retreat with Naiara Retreats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All payments are strictly non-refundable.

• Reservations may be transferred to another participant. However, it is the participant’s sole responsibility to find a replacement. Naiara Retreats may assist by sharing the information, but is not responsible for reselling or guaranteeing the transfer of a reservation.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to naiararetreats@gmail.com.

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including vacation, illness, injury, or unforeseen events.

Shuttle & Arrival

• The group shuttle from Puerto Vallarta International Airport to Mar de Jade departs at 12:00 PM on Sunday, May 4th.

• The return shuttle from Mar de Jade to the airport departs at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 10th.

• Please plan your flights accordingly. If your flight does not align with these shuttle times, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation.

Health & Special Conditions

• Participants must inform Naiara Retreats of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements at least two weeks prior to the retreat.

• Some retreat activities involve physical exertion. You are responsible for knowing your own health and limitations.

Additional Activities

• Optional activities such as Temazcal ceremony, professional photoshoots, or spa services must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to the retreat. Availability is not guaranteed for late bookings.

General Policies

• By joining the retreat, you agree to respect the schedule, the instructors, and the retreat community.

• Retreat content or schedules are subject to occasional changes.

• Naiara Retreats is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

• You must ensure your passport and travel documents are valid for entry to Mexico.

By purchasing a spot in the retreat with Naiara Retreats, you acknowledge and agree to the following Waiver of Liability.

• I am fully aware that participation in the retreat (the “Activity”) involves risks, including the risk of physical injury, illness, property loss, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether created by negligence, carelessness, or otherwise.

• “Claims” includes but is not limited to any liabilities, demands, damages, injuries, legal actions, or losses connected with my participation. “Released Party” means Naiara Retreats, Morrigan Tribal, Aywa Dance, their affiliates, directors, officers, instructors, staff, agents, or volunteers.

• I acknowledge and agree that: a. I am in suitable physical condition to participate. b. I understand my limitations and will stop any activity if I experience pain or discomfort. c. If the Activity occurs outdoors, I will follow all safety and traffic rules.

• I accept full responsibility for any equipment or materials provided to me during the retreat and agree to return them in good condition.

• I will follow instructors’ guidance and safety rules at all times.

• I release, waive, and forever discharge all Claims against any Released Party, even if caused by negligence.

• I agree not to sue any Released Party and agree to indemnify them against any Claim brought by me or on my behalf.

• I acknowledge that medical care may not be immediately available and consent to emergency medical treatment if needed.

• I understand it is advisable to consult a physician before participating in physical activities.

• I grant permission for my photos, videos, and likeness to be used by the Released Parties for promotional purposes worldwide, without compensation.

• I understand that this Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.

• If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

• By purchasing my spot, I acknowledge that I am over 18 years of age, not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and that I fully understand and accept these terms.

• I acknowledge that:

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Retreat schedules or activities may change.

• I am responsible for bringing any personal equipment needed.

• If I am pregnant or planning pregnancy, I will provide medical clearance (ParMED-X for Pregnancy) before participating in physical activities.

We offer flexible payment options to make your retreat experience accessible. You can choose to pay in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 installments, depending on your preference. All payments must be completed by September 15, 2026.

Automatic Payments & Grace Period

• Payments are automatically charged according to the schedule you select.

• If a payment is declined, there is a 5-day grace period to resolve the issue.

• After two unsuccessful attempts, your reservation may be canceled. You must contact us immediately to avoid losing your spot.

Payment Schedule

• Monthly payments run from September 2025 to September 2026, depending on the plan selected.

• As the retreat date approaches, fewer installment options may be available, so we recommend selecting your preferred plan early.

Important Notes

• Your reservation is only confirmed once the first payment has been successfully processed.

• Please ensure your billing information is accurate to avoid missed payments.
